Online Tuition Payment
Monthly student tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. After the 10th it is considered late and there will be a $20 late charge.
We are now offering two online payment options for student's tuition.

The website online payment option will include a convenience fee of $7.78 for the Seedling's tuition payment and $10.76 for the Sprout's tuition payment for the 2025/2026 school year. * Click on the appropriate class payment option below to submit your tuition payment.

We are introducing Venmo as a payment option this year!
Download the Venmo app on your phone and submit your payment to @colvillebrightbeginnings
When submitting your Venmo tuition payment, please add $6.00 to the tuition amount as a convenience fee.
3/4s Seedling's Tuition $250 + $6.00 = $256.00 Venmo payment
4/5s Sprouts Tuition $350 + $6.00 = $356.00 Venmo payment

Reminder - You are always welcome to bring your payment to the preschool and put it in the black drop box in the classroom. You can also mail or drop off your tuition payments at Colville Bookkeeping - 121 East Astor Colville, WA 99114
